I've been putting together a jury application for my knitting, and I needed some new photographs. I have tried any number of times to get good photos of this linen stitch jacket, with little luck, but I'm fairly pleased with these that I took yesterday. Alas, there is no pattern--I made it up as I went along. But here's the outline: I knit two long rectangles, joined them part way to form the back, then joined and worked the stitches around the long edge to make plackets and a shawl collar. I worked the sleeves individually, in the round. All seams are 3-needle bind-off, making the jacket fully reversible. Because it's worked in linen stitch, each side has its own special look and texture.

Linen stitch jacket. Yarn is Prism Merino Mia in the "Autumn" colorway.

"Right" side? "Wrong" side? The jacket is fully reversible.
