Temari is a traditional craft with roots in China and Japan. Originally children’s toys made from salvaged clothing and thread, temari have evolved into highly ornate and elegant decorative objects. My temari combine traditional and original patterns, stitches, and colors.
Unfortunately, due to arthritis in my hands and wrists, I no longer make temari, so this gallery exists as an archive of my past work.
