New temari.
New temari.
After yesterday's post ... and sometimes the one who waits needs to recover almost as much as the one waited for... Everything went well yesterday, but it will be a while before we're back to normal. I'll need a few quiet days to relax and recharge, but I'll post here as best I can. I foresee a little quiet temari time.
For the third time in six months, I've got lots of waiting ahead of me today. This will help occupy my hands, and my mind.
I've been AWOL for a few days while I did the Grand Isle Art Works Trunk show, and my temari and I had a lovely time! I'll post more about it later in the week. But I'm back now, and my webshop and Etsy shop are open again, featuring all these temari.
...But I've been doing lots of both, all week, getting ready for this weekend's Fifth Annual Trunk Show and Sale at Grand Isle Art Works. Nothing too exciting or colorful to show, but that should change soon.
Preparing temari demos to work on at the booth
Bags full of temari, handouts, knitting, packaging, bowls and baskets for display, miscellaneous office supplies, knitting patterns, the kitchen sink...
Some displays are really hard to pack.
If you're in the vicinity of the Champlain Islands, do stop in, say hello, and see lots of temari, up close and personal!
